crizelonax provides custom clothing embellishment services including embroidery, patch creation, beading, sequin work, screen printing, and fabric appliqué. All services are provided subject to these terms and our standard service agreements.
Order Process
When you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation and estimated completion date
- Designs must be approved before production begins
- Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation
- Completed orders will be delivered according to agreed terms
Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed upon order placement. Payment is required according to the terms specified in your order confirmation. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout.
Design and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any designs or artwork you provide. By submitting designs, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You warrant that you have the right to use and authorize the use of any designs or artwork you provide.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, crizelonax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific results and are not responsible for the condition of garments provided to us for embellishment.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
