Due to the custom nature of our clothing embellishment services, all sales are final once production has begun. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.

Custom Orders

Since our services involve custom work tailored to your specific requirements:

  • Designs must be approved before production begins
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or returned
  • Modifications may be possible during the design phase before production

Defective Work

If you receive work that does not meet the agreed specifications or contains defects:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photographs and detailed description of the issue
  • We will review and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair or rework at no additional cost

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before production begins, subject to any design work fees already incurred
  • After production begins, cancellations are not accepted
  • Refunds for cancellations before production will be processed within 10-14 business days

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Order cancellation before production begins (minus design fees)
  • Our inability to complete the service as agreed
  • Defective work that cannot be repaired or corrected

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of approval.

Garment Condition

We are not responsible for the condition of garments provided to us for embellishment. Any damage to garments that occurs during our standard embellishment process will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
